EXPERIENCE
Jenna's passion for physical therapy is rooted in her love for sports, exercise, and challenging herself and others to try new things. She competed in collegiate volleyball at Albion College, where she developed a strong interest in training, performance enhancement, and injury prevention. Her dedication to both athletics and academics led her to serve in leadership roles for student-athletes, earn a place in Albion's volleyball record books, and contribute to the Exercise Science board, helping advance her future career. As a physical therapist, Jenna is passionate about helping patients achieve their goals through individualized, evidence-based interventions. She is committed to providing comprehensive care and promoting a healthy, active lifestyle to help patients safely return to the activities they love.
PROFESSIONAL INVOLVEMENT
While pursuing her doctorate, Jenna served as a Graduate Assistant for Pre-Physical Therapy courses focused on providing foundational education to undergraduate students curious about the roles and responsibilities of a PT. She coached club volleyball at Michigan Elite Volleyball Academy, where she facilitated position-specific training, conditioning, and agility programs. She also coached a national-level 15U team with a focus on helping athletes reach the next level. Her love for volleyball continues, and she plans to develop sport-specific programs designed to optimize performance not only for volleyball athletes, but for athletes across a variety of sports.
